Anne Howard
Anne is a leadership and executive coach who brings more than 30 years of direct experience as an innovative leader, chief executive, adviser to government and industry, communication strategist, facilitator, and academic. She was on the NSW Government's Innovation Council board, advising the government on biotechnology, rural and regional innovation, and fostering an innovation culture. Anne has previously served on NFP and community boards.
Anne is passionate about the potential of coaching to empower today's busy leaders and executives to discover new levels of personal growth. As a leadership and executive coach, Anne brings a warmth and connection to her coaching that can ignite self-discovery, change mindsets, align values and aspirations, and uncover the biggest possibilities within us all.
Anne has a vast array of experience having worked across a wide range of industry sectors, from government, NFP and industry to universities where she was both as an academic and later in the business of research commercialisation - all of which have given her a unique opportunity to build her own knowledge and understanding of the many demands and challenges facing today’s top executives and future leaders.
As one of the early women CEOs in Australia, Anne knows first-hand the challenges women face as they work to fulfil their personal and professional potential. - it is also an area of coaching where Anne brings a deep level of empathy and understanding to help women unlock the blockages that can hold them back and prevent them from achieving their full potential and thriving.

In addition to her formal ACAP-ICF coaching qualifications, Anne also holds a certificate in the foundations of woman-centred coaching. Anne’s training in woman-centred coaching helps her identify and release women’s hidden power blocks, which in turn, can unleash their full potential and allow them to thrive.
