Anne Howard
Anne is a leadership and executive coach with more than 30 years of direct experience as an innovative leader, chief executive, adviser to government and industry, communication strategist, facilitator, and academic. She was on the NSW Government's Innovation Council board, advising the government on biotechnology, rural and regional innovation, and fostering an innovation culture. Anne has previously served on NFP and community boards.
Anne is passionate about the potential of coaching to empower people to discover new levels of learning and personal growth. As a leadership and executive coach, she brings a warmth and connection to her coaching that can ignite self-discovery, change mindsets, align values and aspirations, and uncover the biggest possibilities within us all.
Anne has worked across a wide range of industry sectors, from government, NFP and industry to universities where she was both as an academic and later in the business of research commercialisation - all of which have given her a unique opportunity to build knowledge and understanding of the different demands and challenges facing today’s top executives and future leaders.
As one of the early women CEOs in Australia, Anne knows first-hand the challenges women face as they work to fulfil their personal and professional potential. - it is also an area of coaching where Anne brings a deep level of empathy and understanding to help women unlock the blockages that can hold them back and prevent them from achieving their full potential and thriving.

In addition to her formal ACAP-ICF coaching qualifications, Anne is also a certified women-centred coach.
